As an ethical and responsible business, it is important to always consider our clients and those attending our events and businesses. Part of this responsibility is to ensure that everyone who attends our events, shops and readings feel reassured that every step has been taken to ensure that when they arrive that all procedures have been taken to protect public health and the safety of each other.
As a business, we follow Government guidelines and ensure that any amendments that need to be taken are taken in a measured response. These procedures are constantly reviewed and will always be with the primary consideration of ensuring the health and well being of those attending any MK Clairvoyants events, shops or groups and its associated businesses -
* Use of track and trace at all of our venues * Wearing of masks or shields for those unable to wear masks * Use of hand sanitiser * Training for staff in managing COVID-19 * Disposable cups for drinks for those requiring water * Cleaning of areas after each event * Staff to wear shields or masks when dealing with the public * Updated policy, risk assessment and procedures * Signs displaying use of social distancing * Use of card machines for payment where possible
***NOTE***The use of screens for readings or the stopping of one-to-one events and group events will continue to be reviewed on a regular basis, but at this moment are not yet a consideration.
The above measures are not presently in place due to in March 2022 the UK Government removing the last of the Covid 19 restrictions in England. However, we will continue to review the situation in line with guidance as well as following guidance and advice in the countries and devolved government areas of the U.K. in which we work.
