Mediumship Disclaimer

​Any demonstration of mediumship including private readings are a form of experiment and no claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed. During a demonstration you are not guaranteed a personal message. The mediums do not tell fortunes but attempt to give evidence of survival, which may include relevant information surrounding the person at the current time.

​Within UK law, mediumship is regulated by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations Act 2008 and Consumer Trading Law 2015 and is regarded as being for entertainment purposes only. Readings should not be used as a substitute for any professional legal, financial, medical or psychiatric advice and guidance. All recipients must be over 18 years old and of sound mind.

​Any healing will remain the responsibility of the Doctor and the Vet in relation to pets. Neither Matt nor Kirsty will substitute medical or the advice of a vet in accordance with Veterinary Act 1966. All clients must seek the advice of their GP or vet before seeking the support of any healer.

All clients records will remain confidential in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018 as well as the European regulations GDPR which came into effect on 25th May 2018. This law replaces previous Data Protection Law in Europe for EU member states and excludes the U.K. due to the U.K. exciting the EU in January 2020. MK Clairvoyants abides with all Data Protection laws in the U.K. and GDPR regulations by protecting your data. Should you enter into an agreement to have a reading or healing treatment you are protected under these regulations and U.K. laws. If you wish to know what information is stored you can write to ourselves and request that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ​As we maintain records for those receiving healing and therapies, we are registered with the ICO in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act. Further information on the Information Commissioners Office can be found at www.ico.org.uk.
